A non-refundable security deposit to hold a room can be paid
by the following 2 methods:
- Send Credit Card details using our Secure
Server Payment Form
- Fax Credit Card details using our Printable
Please note that you are reponsible for all bank charges associated
with a bank transfer.
CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
One night’s deposit by credit card is required to guarantee
reservations. Notification of cancellation or any changes must be
made 7 days prior to arrival in order to obtain a refund of the
deposit (less 10% to cover administrative and bank charges). No
Shows and cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival will
be charged at the rate of one night per room reserved.
